  • Collaborate with local and national companies, NGOs, and government institutions to understand their hiring needs.
  • Encourage inclusive hiring practices and internships/apprenticeships for entry-level candidates.

VTF MONITORING & EVALUATION

  • Track number of job seekers registered, trained, and placed in jobs.
  • Collect feedback from employers and participants.
  • Adjust strategies based on data and impact assessments.
